Because it isn’t about a sale for me it is about looking after you my clients and making sure you make choices that are informed. It is probably more often than not that there is no issue with a property, but with such an important investment it is wise to be sure. When working with me as your buyer agent there is no charge. The seller is the one who pays my fee. I bring to you free value, and it’s not like those other “ it’s free “ offers where you need to look out for the fine print. This is legitimate.
